Item: Garden Stool. Weight = 31 pounds.
This unit arrived in the Pack Design Center in a corrugated box packaged with EPS pellets: approximately 4.1 cu. ft. of peanuts.
The protective foam cushions for this proposal were created using a foam in place system. The first bag of the pack should be placed in the box and the stool should be nested in the bag before the foam hardens.
The second and third bags should be placed as pictured for the foam to fill the space between the stool and opposite corners of the box.
The final bags should be placed in the remaining two corners and allowed to rise up and over the unit.
