Formed end caps from foam in place system create custom protective hold for glass during shipment to automotive manufacturing facility.Before, this automotive glass window was being packaged in a wood box that measures 13” W x 29” L x 3-1/2” D, protected by bubble wrap.
IPS's engineers proposed using the current box size, but using customized end caps made using a foam in place system. Each end takes approximately 70 seconds to form.
