Because outside tuck boxes are secured by tucking the flaps into the side wall, these boxes won't interfere with products inside. Outside tuck boxes also provide double walled protection on 3 sides, making the box rather crush resistance. Each mailer is constructed from 200#, 32 ECT, corrugated, cardboard.
